About this project

For neighbors.
By a neighbor.

Choosing paint is easier when you can see the possibilities on your own home.

Independent of the HOA

Spring Lake Village Paint is a personal project offered by a resident. It is not run by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the homeowners association.

Offered to help, not for profit

Credits are intended to cover the costs of creating images, processing payments and running this website. This is a cost-recovery project, not a subscription or a professional design service. It is not presented as a registered nonprofit or charity.

Your approval process stays the same

The scheme library comes from the palette supplied for this project. Confirm the latest colors, garage options and approval process with your HOA. An image from this site is not approval to paint.
